Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and towels.co.uk* for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until towels.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time towels.co.uk sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and towels.co.uk irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

* towels.co.uk is the trading name for Networx Electronic Publishing Ltd. For the purpose of these terms and conditions of Web site use, " towels.co.uk " means Networx.

Cancelling an order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery excpet for those items manufactured to your specification.

This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of items embroidered to your specification.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, and giftwrapping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

An order can be cancelled by phone or email. However an order cannot be considered cancelled by email until a confirmation email is received. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation please call us.

Change of Delivery Address
Where an order has been despatched and the customer requires a change of delivery address, there is a £14.00 plus VAT charge to the customer for this service. Which is the cost to us charged by the delivery courier company.
