Robe is excellent and almost perfect fit but the belt is a little too short for total comfort. Also if a larger size was available I would probably have gone for that even if it had cost more.

The bathrobe itself was of excellent quality and delivery was speedy.
I had a small issue with my robe in that both belt loops were frayed and one came free of the robe with a couple of days wear.
I contacted the site, spoke with a very helpful person on the phone, submitted some pictures and expected to have to return the robe for some repairs, which would have been acceptable.
I was therefore delighted to be told that a fresh robe was being monogrammed and dispatched to me urgently to make up for this quality control issue. This duly arrived within a week and was superb.
Exemplary customer service indeed, thank you.

Love it! Been looking for a toweling robe for some time, and this is perfect. Thick and stylish, softer on the outside, but still toweling, and standard toweling inside. I'd recommend this to anyone. Well worth the money.

The childen's bathrobes arrived quickly, were of excellent quality and the size (7-8) was just right for my almost 7 year old twin granddaughters.
